By downloading, installing, or using Flypack Mouse you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Overview

Flypack Mouse ("the app") is published by Big Small ("we", "us"). The app consists of an iOS client and a macOS companion server that communicate over your local Wi-Fi network to provide wireless trackpad, keyboard, and media-remote functionality.

2. Subscription

Flypack Mouse offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Flypack Mouse Pro") that unlocks additional features.

• Length: 1 month (auto-renews monthly)
• Price: displayed in the app at the time of purchase, in your local currency

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

3. Free trial

If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of any free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Redistribute the app outside the App Store without our permission.

6. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the app (including trademarks, designs, and code) remain with Big Small. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Small shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

9. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
